My work sits where business, engineering, and data science meet: target-state roadmaps (TOGAF ADM), Architecture Review Boards, application portfolio rationalization, and modernization from monolith to modular capabilities and microservices\u2014without big-bang cutovers that break live customers.\r\n\r\nI care about architecture that ships: event-driven integration, API-led design, real-time data and segmentation, messaging at scale, cloud adoption with a honest build\/buy\/reuse lens, and production ML where accurate models need accommodating engineering.
